Yoga has been my constant through every season of life — a steady, sacred space where I could return to myself, reflect, and feel. Over the years, my practice became more than movement; it became my sanctuary. A place to land. A place to breathe. A place to be.

As a former professional dancer and later a police officer for six years, I’ve experienced extremes — of discipline, performance, pressure, and presence. Throughout it all, yoga was the thread that held me — helping me reconnect, soften, ground, and slowly uncover more of who I really am.

In my classes, I bring together the structure of Pilates, the philosophy and soul of yoga, and the liberating, intuitive power of Embodiment through movement and dance. This practice is about more than just existing — it’s about living fully.
Feeling, sensing, and showing up in your body, your breath, your environment. Being present in this moment — not letting life pass by unnoticed.

I offer thoughtfully designed sequences, creative transitions, space for deep listening, and always the freedom to make each class your own. Whether you're looking for strength, softness, or simply a safe place to land — you're welcome here.
