About me -
Returning to Wholeness

Movement has always been my home.
I spent over ten years as a professional ballet dancer — deeply connected to my body, yet often struggling to find true balance and self-acceptance. The structure and discipline of dance gave me purpose, but also made it difficult to simply be, to rest, and to feel enough.

When an injury brought my dance career to an end, I felt something missing — not just physically, but emotionally. I later served as a police officer for six years, a role that demanded strength, control, and composure at all times. In that environment, I often had to disconnect from my feelings just to get through the day.

Yoga became my turning point.

What started as a physical practice slowly became my sanctuary — helping me quit smoking, shift toward a healthier lifestyle, and rebuild my connection to movement in a joyful, sustainable way.
It allowed me to meet myself with softness, to feel again, and to trust the quiet wisdom of my body.

Through yoga, Pilates, and embodiment, I discovered a new way of living — one rooted in presence, honesty, and aliveness. I learned let go of toxic relationships and patterns as smoking or drinking that no longer served me and found my way back to something real: a sense of wholeness and belonging, within myself.

Today, I share this practice with others — not as something to perfect, but as a way to come home.
To move, to feel, to be.

If you’re longing for reconnection — to your body, your breath, your inner truth — I’m here, and I’d be honored to walk a part of that journey with you.
