Pilates
Pilates is about mindful, precise movement — moving with awareness and truly connecting to your body. It’s not about doing more, but about doing things more consciously and accurately.
In each session, we explore the five core principles of Pilates: breath, centering, control, precision, and flow. These principles help you build deep, functional strength, improve posture, increase mobility, and move with more ease and presence.
Whether you're a beginner or experienced, Pilates meets you exactly where you are — and helps you build a strong, stable foundation from within.

Yoga
Yoga is a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect — with the body, the breath, and the present moment. It’s not about being flexible or achieving a certain look, but about moving with awareness, intention, and honesty.
I teach in the Hatha and Vinyasa styles — combining mindful movement with breath and alignment. Depending on your goals, we can flow intuitively or break things down and work specifically toward individual postures. Whether you're building strength, mobility, or inner calm, the practice adapts to you and supports your growth on all levels.
Yoga meets you exactly where you are — and helps you return to yourself, breath by breath.

Flexibility
Flexibility is more than just passive stretching — it's about creating space in the body through active control, stability, and awareness. True, sustainable flexibility comes not just from softness, but from strength.
In my flexibility training, we focus on building the muscular support and mobility needed to safely increase your range of motion. Using a combination of active stretching, strength-based drills, and mindful technique, we develop flexibility that is functional, safe, and long-lasting.
The goal isn’t to force your body into positions, but to work with it — intelligently and progressively — so you can move with more freedom, ease, and confidence.
